I took mine out because it was uncomfortable, obviously. Once you get a 25 week belly you will see what I mean. Even with a pregnancy ring, you will be in a lot of discomfort. My skin had stretched so tightly over the barbell that I could not move it. I had to lubricate the piercing before taking it out. Now, when I put it in every few days to make sure it has not closed, my skin will react as I put it in because it's literally breaking my skin as I slide it through.
I had a csection and they made me take all mine out. Not sure how it is for natural labor
When i went into labor i never took any of mine out. I had a belly button ring too. I would imagine in an emergency they can cut it off no problem.
I took my pregnancy belly bar out at 20 weeks because my belly button now sticks right out and it was going to rip! :) But I don't think you have to if yours is comfortable
I took my belly ring out at the beginning of my pregnancy and now both holes are on my stomach it's so ugly
you dont have to take none of them out i have my septum tounge lips and cheeks plus gages in my in my ears and i didnt have to take any of mine out
I've taken mine out im30 weeks it's just uncomfortable & I've heated a lot of peoples ripping from the stretching of there belly with belly ring in I stick something in mine to make sure it doesn't close it's fine but my baby girl is way more important then a damn piercing
oh thank goodness I'm 26 weeks and never heard of that it freaked me out, I don't want to take mine out.
IDK why she says you'd take your pregnancy ring out... My belly button never popped and I'm 36 weeks and still wear mine
I have a lot of earrings and a smiley and of course the nurses won't see my smiley so I'm wondering if I should take it out now. I'm 37 weeks
You have to take out your pregnancy belly ring? Why?
If you're worried about a belly ring or something...you'll be taking that out probably around 30 weeks...even if you do get a pregnancy one, you'll still take it out---so don't stress.
Yup... Maybe not ear rings but anything else they do. Just incase u need to go into emergency csection.. They don't want any metal around, specially because everything is sterilized.
