Ugh me too! I'm in the same boat, I've never really had any breakouts before but now I've got them popping up!! :/ but I use a gentle wash like Noxzema it usually gets rid of them right away. I like to use it as a face mask sometimes too. Its a very minty tingly feeling.

If you do use a towel to dry, remember to pat dry don't wipe.

Yea the pimples will go away, but if you pick & leave scars those could be permanent. Get a good face wash & use sponges or gauze to remove it. Wash clothes & towels can be to harsh and actually stimulate more breakouts.

Your hormones will go back to normal eventually yes, and they will disappear. But you have to stop picking at them or it will leave scars. Try using cetaphil face wash. It's helped me greatly.
