please help!! too early to be preg? spottting...tired...

HI thanks for reading this..........I stopped taking the pill around June 24th and had my normal period. My boyfriend and I had unprotected sex, many times after that. I have had some signs of pregency, so last thursday I took a test--negative. Today I started spotting a bit. Light pink blood. Im tired all the time, feel nausious occasionally and always in the car.... have craved some weird foods. Is it too early to tell? could i just have these signs from stopping the pill? ;(
please help me i feel like im going crazy not knowing and my boyfriend is so excited to be preg..... when should I be able to get an accurate result? thanks for your time and input!

You can take a pregnancy test when your next period is due.

But know that these symptoms could also be caused by stopping your BC.

I would definitely get a blood test done with all of the different signs that you are having :)
