Lots of vegetables and prune juice...With this pregnancy I have been so constipated it's unreal, and your prenatal vitamins will probably make the constipation worse, the only thing that has been working for me is veggies and prune juice :)

Have your doctor prescribe you stool softeners.  In the meantime drink lots and lots of water and drink a cup of coffee too if you have some, you can have one caffeinated cup a day. That really saved me during my last pregnancy when I'd get constipated all the time.  It might also help to switch from your prenatals to a daily vitamin without iron and a folic acid supplement.

I really hope you feel better soon!
