You haven't eaten or drank anything with dyes in it have you? I've not often heard of clear vomit, usually it would be frothy yellow or green, which is stomach acid. If you're drinking a lot of water that could cause it to be clear though. Are there large amounts of blood, or is it just tinged?

If you've have frequent vomiting the blood is more than likely irritation to your esophagus and stomach. Is it always mixed in, and how often/how long have you been ill?
