please someone..help me out

okay so i am really scared. i am 4 weeks 1 day pregnant and for the past 4 days i have had baaad lower back pain, the pains even shoot down my butt and in my legs at times. im not having any bleeding. i have some slight pressure in my abdomen, but i just found out last night i have a UTI.  i just started antibiotics. the burning i had feels better but my back still is killing me. is that a real good sign of a miscarriage? ths pain in my back is like constant pain.  please someone tell me if you have ever had anything like this. ive had a miscarriage with back pain before like this but i also had cramps and brown spotting.

The back pain is most likely from the UTI. It can cause pain in your kidneys. I have had quite a few, ( I hate to say), but I wouldnt worry too much. If you are not bleeding more than the mild spotting from the UTI then you should be fine. Give it a few more days. I am sure the symptoms will subside.

I agree but you need to quit stressing about it if you have no bleeding then you're probably ok and cramp brown spotting and back pain are all normal in pregnancy so just calm down and try not to stress it's not good for the baby.
