positive pregnancy test horrible lower back ache

hoping someone can help me. took a pregancy test today and got a positive im so excited but am also very nervous. have had two miscarriages in the last year.  the problem is my lower back is killing me is this anything to be worried about. please help

I have had a lot of back pain in all three of my pregnancies (one ended in m/c). If you want you can mention it to your doctor maybe they will get you an early u/s to check out the little bean. A friend of mine was having a lot of back pain early on and that is what they did for her. I chalk mine up to the five years I spent hauling cases of beer that with the added joint laxity that comes with pregnancy my back and hips are quite sore. Good luck hope this helps. Ahh...congratulations!  That's awesome...I got a BFP on Sunday and have had a tugging sensation in my lower abdomen as well as back aches.....esp. at night...I'm hoping it's OK, although I'm not sure why I'm feeling this so soon (4 weeks 1 day)......Not sure if it's OK, but I'm having the same symptoms as you.
