possibly flu?

Okay so yesterday i felt bad and was cramping. Started vomiting and (tmi) having water like diarrhea. Now i have a headache that won't go away my nose is runny, I'm freezing (when I'm usually burning up, bit don't have a thermometer to take my temp) and my body aches all over... I haven't peed since like 4 pm yesterday evening so I'm probably dehydrated. Phenergan and zofran are not helping, even called my doc and he upped my dosage, still puking. Do you girls think it is flu or something else?
