pregnancey question

Hi, I 'm a little concern regarding what's going on with me at the moment, Normaly I get my period for about 5 - 6 days and it's very heavy intill the end, but for some reason few months back I  had my period for 4months straight which also a pregnancy test came out postive and when i went to get an ultrasound Nothing showed so do to my hurmon level i had which wasnt doubling like it should of had for a normal pregnancy I had to get a shot that would clear out my pregnancy after that was done my period came off and everything was back to normal. Now I got my period last week and it only lasted for 2 days and it was really just spoting its not as normal like it normaly is, which I also feel very tired not in the mood to do anything, I would like to know if it could be a possiblity of being pregnate again, and if yes what are the possibilites of having the same issue that i had with my first pregnancy ?

You could be pregnant if you had unprotected  intercourse ,   but also you can't be sure until you will have a pregnancy test , I would say , go and get one , since your period is shorter than usual and you feel tired .. you don't have to  worry that if you got pregnant you will have the same problem as last time , because each pregnancy is different ,,,  don;t worry about this, go and get a test and if it comes out possitive go and see your doctor . take good care !!!!!

A 2-day period is not a concern. A normal period can be 2-7 days long.
