Thanks :) good thing I hate fish of all kinds lol. How important is drinking milk ? I've never drank milk, I do eat cereal occasionally.

I think its different for everyone. I didn't eat much healthy food, i ate a lot of taco bell lol. And gained 25-30 pounds i think? And my boy came out healthy. I didn't even take my prenatals every day. Im super forgetful, lol. And 2 Weeks after birth, i weighed LESS than i did before pregnancy. So all that weight disappeared somehow haha. I was breastfeeding which helped.

Eating better is suppose to help yes. But i was a smaller girl before i got pregnant and i eat exactly what i did before plus more junk because i crave it lol and ive gained only about 3 pounds my whole pregnancy and im at week 26  but to answer ur other question. Stay away from fish that has high mercury. Like tuna, shrimp, lobster, shark. Basically big sea food. Also i dont think ur supposed to eat sushi at all.  cat fish and stuff that people typically eat is okay tho here n there

Yes it does. You will have less pregnant symptoms (typically) if you eat healthier. You will gain less weight which can help with stretch marks, energy, stamina, fatigue. Obviously you want to gain what your doc recommends but I found avocado and an extra serving or two of dairy a day did the trick for me.
