pregnancy after depo

i came of the depo in june, i only got my periods back in october but lately i have been having blee about 2 times a month as well as my period what is the reson for this and will my fertilaty return?.

Yes, the erratic bleeding is normal. It will take a couple of months and you should start having regular, normal periods. However, just cause the periods have returned to normal does not mean that your fertility has returned. My last shot was in June 2006, my periods were back to normal by May 2007 and I just found out that I am 4 weeks and 5 days pregnant. It took me 20 months. I must say though that I only ovulated the last two to three months though. It can take very little time to return to fertility or a long time. Most women will return to fertility (I believe around 87%) by 18 months. I was on depo for 8 years. Feel free to ask anymore questions about it. I have been through most of it and know lots of people who were going through the same thing waiting for their fertility to return.

i been off depo for 5yrs and still no baby!! just depends on everything.

depo can take 18 mths to return to normal period and fertility i had implant out last jan and still abnormal !
