pregnancy after giving birth

i gave birth to my daughter 5wks ago i was 37weeks and she was still born.i have my 6week check up next week after that we want to start trying again.will this cause any complications getting pregnant so soon after giving birth?

I'm with alaysha on this one. Definitely ask your doctor. I think you need to let your body and your heart heal but that is my personal opinion. I'm so very sorry you lost your daughter!

If you don't want the possibility of a miscarriage then its best to wait a bit. Nothing every fully determines that won't have one but time to heal makes it more likely you wouldn't.

i know sites i have looked on have advised against getting pregnant so soon after birth as ur more prone to miscarrage, but i have also seen sites were people have been pregnant at there 6wks check up and have gone on to have healthy pregnancys.i do want to be pregnant again but dont think i could go through a possible miscarrage

You need to give your body time to heal. I know you want to try again soon, but you need to wait at least 6 months minimum. If this is too long to you, I encourage you to speak to your doctor and get their advice. They might give you the ok to try asap. I'm so sorry for your loss and hope you never have to go through it again.
