after intercourse, within how many days v wil get to know whether v r pregnant?

You have to wait for at least 4 weeks before it will actually show. i know how you feel waiting is the hardest part but it takes at leaset 4 weeks before you can take a test to find out. like say you had sex umm about 5 days ago ok the sperm has to reach the egg then the sperm must get through and fertilze it then the embryo attaches and your pregnancy hormones will start to get strong and thenpregnancy test are only 95% effective when you take it the day  you muss your period. im 5 weeks pregnant now and i took a test that says u can take it up to 5 days before your missed period but it said negitive then i took it 1day after i missed my period and it said positive and im already 5 weeks. so remember it takes about 4 weks

I found out at 7 weeks. That was about a month after my conception date.

After your missed period is the best time to test. So it really depends in your period not when you had sex,
