pregnancy symptoms or appendicitis????

I have all if the appendicitis symptoms ( bloating, diarrhea, constipation, severe abdominal pain followed by vomiting) but aren't these all pregnancy things to? I'm 41/2 weeks.

Might have to go to the emergency room is this something u had before i  don't know much about the appendicitis but the symptoms are pretty similar to pregnancy symptoms but with u being so far I'm not sure about the vomiting part I never threw up with any of mine maybe just call the doctor key him know your concerns and see what they suggest

I have all of this too and it hurts so bad I called the emergency doctor on call at the hospital I plan on giving birth at. He said to take a tums... ugh.

Eh... severe abdominal pain, no. But I experienced pretty much everything else at one point or another. Whats your pain on a scale of 1-10?
