im 37 weeks pregnant now and i have my regular check up last saturday but my caregiver notice the decrease in my baby heart rate from 145 in my last check up down to 125 last saturday,do i need to worry about it?

Babies heart rate increases and decreases based on it's activity and such. It might be resting, which will cause it to be lower. It's still within a perfectly fine range. Unless they mentioned anything, or are sending you for a NST, I wouldn't worry.
