I'm almost 30 weeks and I haven't had any symptoms except tender breast around 8 weeks.

I had early symptoms with my son. For me the biggest clue was my sensitivity to smells. I also felt hot and my breast were sore. This started at 3-1/2 -4 weeks. I never was sick to my stomach, thank God...but I just felt pregnant. Hard to describe that feeling.

i'm 5weeks, so far the only symptoms i have is tender breast but not so much. and thats about it. we'll have to wait an see if i get other symptoms and i go into week 6. lol

If your gonna get them...they usually set in around 6w...can start earlier or later...but they say around 6w...then the next hormonal shift is around 13w...

You don't always get symptoms. The biggest ones I got were tender breasts and bloating, not always noticeable unless you're paying attention and looking for it. Pregnancy doesn't always come with symptoms. And when you do get some, there's no set week they will start. Everyone is different.
