hi i m 23 yrs old. i have a daughter of 3 yrs old. now we are planning for another baby and trying from last 3 months but nothing had happened and today 6 days pass my periods did not come i have done home pregnancy test but it negative having cramps alot, backaches too. i m confused what to do...? plz help me out...
