pregnant after tubes tied?

i am very confused.  i had a tubal ligation in august 2011 during a c section.  i am now 7 days late for my period.  i am NEVER late.  i am always early.  i did have some spotting around 6-8 days after sex.  which was on feb 22nd.  i have taken hpts.  some come back with a very faint line, some negative.  i had an u/s two days ago that showed nothing.  could i still be pregnant.  please help i am very paranoid and scared.  i have read that hcg levels could run low in early pregnancy so i plan on testing in a week again.  i had blood work a week ago and my level was a 2.  very negative!   but wheres my period?!

Hi is anyone still following this?
My period is 7 days late and I've had alot of symptoms of being pregnant.
I had my tubes tied 9 months ago after the birth of our 3rd child. I'm so freaked out! I don't want to be pregnant!
And yes you have grounds to sue, it's called a 'wrongful birth' malpractice suit. Most states allow it.

I am pregnant after a tubal done on oct 27th, Im 6 weeks confirmed so yes it's possible and no Im not happy just trying to deal with it. Im pissed off that I went through a tubal and still got preggo. It makes me feel he did something wrong! I even want to know if I have grounds to sue his ***! It hasnt even been 4 months and if I knew there was a chance I could get preggo again so soon I would have used back up birth control! I have had 4 children 3 of whom live with me full time.
