So i got my iud removed april 8th. finally got my first cycle april 25th...according to the ovulation chart i if i was normally a 30 day cycle i would be ovulating May 8th. May 9th did the deed and now i feel crampy. Could it be a cyst, pregnancy, or just another cycle coming on?

Heyylo. If you're getting cramppy, then tbh Wait about a week and see if you have another Cycle if not then thats that theroy out the way, then it wouldnt gurt to see your GP, ask for a Pregnancy test, and explain your situation, if it comes back Neg, then thats that one out the way, Also, DO NOT let your GP say you have IBS, because there is alot of people who go in with pains and cramping and their GP say IBS and it turns out to be a Cyst, say you want to be tested for a Cyst, just to be on the safe side, If they say IBS and say thats all it is, go back a week later and say you still dont feel right or something and you'd like to be checked for a Cyst if you are Not Pregnant. If its a cyst get it sorted straight away. I know its hard for me to say wait and stuff, but its the best thing to do if you're waiting for a cycle. I hope it turns out for the best.

And Disi, if you have a Cyst you should go to your GP and get in removed. because sometimes they are not good. I found the information below for you.
Operation:
Removal of an ovarian cyst may be advised, especially if you have symptoms or if the cyst is large. Sometimes the specialist may want to reomve it to determine exactly which type of cyst it is and make sure there are no cancer cells in it. Most smaller cysts can be removed by a laparoscopic surgery ('keyhole' surgery). Some cysts require a more traditional style operation. But Cysts Do Not Go Away On Their own, they need to be removed, sorry.

I also researched you cannot become pregnant whilst having a Cyst, but get it removed and you should have your babyy in no time :) Im going by what I researched because I have no idea, but I wanted to help :) Hope this helps, I would see your GP to get your Cyst removed. :)
