please help! i am 17 and 13 days late ......i was 10 days late last month with period like cramps and eventually got my period, turns out i am late again by 13 days WITHOUT cramps, ive been feeling very tired and sometimes get a wierd feeling in my belly. i was due Nov 17 and still no period, i took a test yesterday and it was negative! i feel like i am going crazy :( people say it could be just a phantom pregnancy, (where i am tricking my body into thinking its pregnant) although i have hardly any symtoms what so ever!, please help

true. its just wierd because i havnt had any cramps like last time when i was late :/ and nah my periods usually come on the same dates each month. my cycle is about 31 days.

If you were late on your last period, it's very possible that's the reason why you're late on this one as well. Do you normally have very regular cycles, or do you get your period whenever?
