pregnant?

Hey guys! Bare with me, because it's a long story! I'm hoping you all don't think I'm crazy! I'm on birth control and I last had intercourse July 4. I've had my withdrawal period on my pills every month still like clockwork. However, I still feel like I could be pregnant. I've had sore breasts, feeling full and fluttery in my lower abdomen and lower back achiness. The only trouble is, I've taken hpt after hpt and they've all been negative, I've even taken the digital ones to take the guesswork out of it. So, when I still felt different, I went and got a blood test done-negative. This would have been at like 10 weeks along I think. Then, I had one more done to be sure-also negative. So when that didn't help to calm my nerves, I went to the doctor and explained everything. She sent me for a quantitative blood test (the one that gives your exact level of hcg.) and it too came back negative-<1. I was okay for a while, thinking I was just stressing needlesly, and all of a sudden I start feeling fluttery in my stomach one day. So, I've had 2 more qualitative blood tests done (yes or no tests.) and those 2 were negative. The quant was taken at 13 weeks, and the qualitatives were taken spread out from 11 weeks until now, which I would be almost 18 weeks. Question is, is it possible to be 3-4 months pregnant and not showing up on the tests? Even blood tests? Would I still get a withdrawal bleed if I'm pregnant on birth control. I'm freaking out. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks and God bless!
