it could be menopause or it could be stress, if you go see your dr there are some blood test that they can run to see if you are entering into menopause or not
At 33 years of age, it's most likely *not* menopause that is delaying your periods. If you've had an illness, stress, or something big happen outside of your normal routine (like moving, travelling, or your in-laws were in town!) your body will naturally delay ovulation until it thinks you're good and ready. Charting your BBT and taking note of other fertility signs can help in determining when ovulation will occur and when it has happened. Don't worry. As much as you think this is abnormal in your cycles, it's fairly normal among women in general. All the best with TTC!

My mum got preg at 40... now I got an annoying 3 yr old brother to prove it haha...
