I've taken one a day prenatal vitamins for the past month and now IM 8 weeks and every time I take them I get sick.. I really don't wanna take them cause they make me feel horrible. Idk If I should keep taking them or is there something wrong w them ?

Mine made me throw up and thats because i didnt eat a meal with them . You should eat , let it set in your tummy for about 30 minutes then take them youll feel alot better . Or you could get the gummy prenatals , thats what i switched too and you dont have to eat with them you can take them any time !

My mid wife told me to stop because my body was rejecting them and I stopped at 9weeks. My baby so far so good :-)

Some brands just dont work for some people. The one a day work for me but the ones from my doctor make me really sick. You just have to keep trying different brands until one suits you. There are gummie vitamins ive read a lot of women prefer those and that they were easier on the stomach.

In UK they only tell you to take folic acid for first 12 weeks and that is it

I couldn't take over the counter prenatals, they made me REALLY sick..so I got a prescription and those still made me sick so I just switched to flinstones gummies and take two a day and they make me feel a little better...but honestly, it isn't JUST the prenatals making you sick... it is also the HCG hormones, and other hormones produced during pregnancy... the prenatals just add to it haha goodluck ! :)

No IM trying to keep from buying anymore cause IM going to my first docs visit in a couple weeks and I was gonna get them there

Have you tried maybe taken a different brand?
