prenatal vitamins??

I know yhey are important to take every day but im pretty sure that my prenatal vitamins are making my morning sickness worse. The first 6 weeks of my pregnancy were fine, not puking just a little nausea. But now im 8 weeks and I stay nauseous all the time and the days when I remember to take my vitamins I always throw up an hr or 2 later. What should I do?

Also, Dr told me that the pills you swallow sometimes are coated with iron which is hard on the stomach, maybe taking some with out it (I.e. the gummy) may help

Doing what the ladies said above helps, I'm with them. But you are also in the 8th week, this is when you have a hormone surge and the nausea naturally intensifies for many women. It calms down a bit around 14 weeks or so...

The same thing happened to me! I switched the time of day, tried with food and without food, nothing helped. My doctor switched the brand of vitamins and then still I had to cut it in half and take one half in the morning and one half at night and that's what got me through ☺

That happened to me too. I drank a full glass of water and a little snack right after I took the vitamin and it helped for me.

you could try taking them before you go to bed or you could switch to gummies. i take the spring valley gummies with dha and folic acid. they dont taste bad and have been fairly easy to keep down.
