There is a joint fuzing together your pubic bones  when you move allot it can get Timmy tears and cause inflammation. I was told to ice it once an hour for ten minutes or as needed, to walk slow and take it easy, no stairs or anything that causes your hips to tilt in opposite directions. I was also sent to physical therapy and given a belt to squeeze my hips together to keep everything aligned. Good luck!

It is your pelvis getting ready for child birth. Your body releases a hormone that relaxes your muscles. sometime it relaxes the muscles a little to much causing you pelvis to get out of alignment. When you get up from laying down keep your legs together. When you are laying down, lay on your side with a pillow in between you legs. When sitting or laying down get up slowly. When you are laying down or sitting and get up suddenly you pelvis is quickly trying to get back in alignment thus the pain. The slower you go the better it will be.

I have this too, and i'm only 34 weeks! I think its from baby's head right down low, feels like its grinding against the bone! Can be sharp and painful at times.
