question about nausea?

Hi everyone,
I have a gestational carrier (surrogate) that is 9wks1day pregnant with my twins. Starting from 6 weeks to about almost 9 weeks she was pretty nauseas but never actually got sick. We had an ultrasound when she was 8wks2days along and everyghing looked great. They were measuring well and had healthy heartbeats of 172 & 176bpm. Starting a few days ago she stopped feeling sick. She's still tired and feeling very hungry constantly. I'm worried the lack of nausea is because she may have miscarried one or both of the twins. Is it normal at all for nausea to stop around 9 weeks and still everything be ok? I know I sound paranoid, I am. Thanks.

Carisa

wow that's a wait! but as 1 poster said, she might just be having a "good" period(no vomiting), and it could still come back!

but i'm sure she's fine, some women only vomit for the 1st few months, then it's gone...

Don't worry about it. Honestly, I had nausea but no throwing up at about 6-8weeks, then after 2 weeks mine turned into full blown M/S (all day sickness actually!) But other girls at work who were as far along actually had they're M/S dissapear like that.

Dont' worry about it and CONGRATS on the twins!~!!!

My friend is pregnant with twins right now (20 weeks) and has had NO nausea at all....I'm also 20 weeks with a singleton and am still getting sick.  Everyone is so different it's hard to say, but if this is the only change, I would have to say that she's fine...Oh yeah, also, I should mention that mine nausea/vomitting comes and goes.  I'll feel great for a few days and then like hell for 2 days, etc etc.....So she may be in for more.....  Congrats on the pregnancy and I hope that all goes well for all involved!

i am almost 11 weeks and my nausea has begun to decrease over the last 2 weeks... they say that towards the end of your first trimester morning sickness can begin to taper off..  i would say not too worry....

best of luck
