Quick question, I checked out your page and tracker and it says your conception date was 12/19 not 12/5.

Are you sure that's your LMP?  Was it just a day?  The date of your LMP is the day is started, so that would mean you were bleeding during conception - which, while not impossible, is EXTREMELY rare.

If you had an unusually long period then I guess it's possible but normally you don't ovulate that close to your period so chances of that being the conception date are pretty slim.

I wouldn't rely on the online pregnancy tracker.  It is not something that is medically tested and is mostly for entertainment purposes.  I would talk to your doctor and date things through an ultrasound.

when you put all your information down on your pregnancy tracker and you put your due date in it comes up with your conception date

How did you come to the conclusion of your conception  date?  That normally doesn't make sense.
