Im 21weeks pregnant and on both my arms i have this really bad rash and it hurts alot.what could it be?

Yea at first it itched but it's like a burning  feeling but it hurts and its geting real red

I freaked out when I had it with my first child. I hear it's normal but I don't remember it hurting.

I spoke to my OB about this same thing(it was also around that time). But basically, at certain points in our pregnancy, our bodies give us a super boost of progesterone. Now it helps us grow our babies, but it also causes itchy skin. He said you can't really do anything about it but keep it very moisturized...lotion up several times a day. But if you happen to notice yellowing of the skin or eyes, seek medical attention because it could indicate a liver problem.

Ive been usen baby lotion everyday its hutst getn worse..it startd out on the inner top of my arm and now its all down my arm n its startn to go on the  papart of my arm but its painful
