I hear a lot of u ladies throwing up because of pernatals mine use to make me sick to try switching to gummies prenatals that's what I take now and I have no problems with them:)

I stopped taking them at the end of my first trimester & I'm now 20 weeks with a healthy baby boy. The baby takes what it needs, so the prenatals are really just building you back up.

Mine will make me horribly sick of I take them in the morning. I get sick in the morning anyway so I wait until dinner to take my prenatal

The problem with the gummies is that they don't have iron which is important for pregnancy
