Hello doctors,
I am 5 months pregnant and for the last 2 weeks and a half
I been having this sharp pain on my lower right side of my back lately.
I'm not sure where the pain is exactly located because when I try to
Massage it or put some pressure the pain feels like its deeper down.
I'm expiriency this pain mostly at nights everyday sometimes its soo
Much I just lay down and cry.
And because of this pain for some reason I haven't felt sleepy at all
For the past 4 days.

Should I be worry??

Please send my question in my inbox or something

are you experiencing dark/pink urine or any sort of bladder-related symptoms? I always tell this to pregnant women with back pain of undetermined origin: have them check your kidneys. Often your baby presses on your kidneys and can cause serious pain, but kidney stones in pregnant women are actually way more common than most people think, it's always worth getting checked out:)

Mention it to your doctor, if it doesn't get better.  If it turns out that your pain is related to your sciatic nerve, you can read this link below.

If the pain is located almost in the top/middle part of your tushy, you are probably having pain in your sciatica nerve.  This can cause pain all the way down one leg, if it gets inflamed.  I have used both ice and heat for this pain and it seems to help.  As your uterus grows, you will experience different aches and pains due to the pressure it is putting on surrounding nerves and muscles.  Hope you feel better.
