When I had a miscarriage they tested my blood to see if I would need the shot but i have positive Rh factor so i didn't need it.

I am O- and I have 4 children and never had any misscarriges. You will need a shot during pregnancy and after baby IF your baby has a positive blood type. You will never build up any kind of resistance over time just because you have had the shot onece or twice. If I ever have a 5th baby I will need the shot again regardless. If you have a late misscarrage you will need the Rogham shot also. Okay I am not %100 positive on the shot after misscarrge, but I think so.. Having a baby today has never been safer even with having an RH negitive blood type:~)

What is BC uterus?? I also have a tipped uterus but have never had any issues.

Actually, you have to have the shot 2 times.. Once while your pregnant, and again right after the baby is born so that if you happen to have anymore children it builds a resistance in your body to help protect you and your next baby....

Well usually they give you a shot in pregnancy so that if your blood and baby's blood mix then you don't have a problem. You only need the shot once so hopefully you have had it they should give it to you even if you are miscarrying. So that shouldn't be an issue
