scared about peperoni i ate help!!!

I ate some slices of Peperoni pizza I was craving real bad but then later found out about nitrate in peperoni is this going to harm the growing baby I'm soo afraid I'm 3weeks should I drink a bunch of water to flush out the salts or am I just being paranoid about what I ate please any advice help!!!

I've never heard that before and I LOVE meat lovers pizza with lots of pepperoni, my son was born healthy :)

Never heard of that either. I ate lot of pizza in the last few months. I'm sure it's fine.

Never heard of that before, you may experience heartburn from it though!! I can't eat pizza at all without having that pain, and acid reflux!

ya...i ate alot of pizza with #2 and she's perfectly fine.  Enjoy your pregnancy!

Thankyou ! I feel so much better :) I read about nitrate in peperoni saying that it can harm a pregnancy... plus I also heard of many pregnant woman eating peperoni while pregnant and still have healthy babies... so I'm going to keep eating it lol :)

ive never heard that before. I am 34 weeks and i have only craved pizza, i absolutely love pizza, especially pepporoni pizza, ive eatten it thru my whole pregnancy and my baby boy is healthy as can be right now, at 31wks he weighed about a week and a half ahead and weighed 4 1/2pounds.
