scared and i don't know why

I am 38 weeks and 4 days. Came to the hospital yesterday because of reduced fetal movement, and babies heart rate was high. They don't want to induce yet unless absolutely have to because my cervix is still closed. They are repeating a test this morning to see how it goes, and all looks good get to go home and wait for labor to start on it's own. I'm starting to freak out about going into labor and the whole process of it. Even though I've already done it twice naturally no pain medication. And plan to do it again that way, but I keep thinking that I'm not going to be able to handle everything and be able to do it. I don't understand why I'm so scared when I've already done this twice. Hopefully everything continues to go well with my baby and I start to feel better about everything.

My mother always told me the third is the hardest. The first one you have no idea what you are in for... the second you think maybe it wasn't as bad as I remember ... but the third you know EXACTLY what your in for! ;)
Good luck
