aww thats natural as its your first, yes you will have sleepless ness etc but babies do get into a routine and there is so much happiness involved.Have you family around may be able to help you get a rest that always makes it easier also get the Dad involved even now you can plan a routine where he is involved some moms pump off their milk and freeze it so dad can feed whilst mom gets some shopping done or just has a break .You'll do okay ...

So true, everyone is scared at first.  Normal and natural.  You have been given good advice, I only have one thing to add.  It helps if you can grab naps whenever a newborn is sleeping.  Don't be afraid to reach out for help if you are feeling overwhelmed and need some assistance.  I remember when my son was a newborn, my cousin came and cleaned my house.  That kind of support meant the world to me.  So make sure you speak up if it's too much - you'd be amazed how much friends and families are willing to help out with.  Best of luck and congrats on your impending arrival!
