sea salt?

Has anyone tried a sea salt warm bath before? Will it help the pain in my lower back and knees?

Sea salt will dry your skin. Which is already a problem in pregnancy. My OB said Epsom salt is fine for me, but she said some pregnant women shouldn't use it. So if you are high risk you need to ask your OB.
