seeing spots and blurry vision (22 weeks pregnant)

I keep getting these spells of seeing bright white spots like someone has just taken a picture in my face. I can hardly see a thing when this happens and its kinda dangerous (ive tripped opver a chair during one of these.) sometimes tehy're occompanied by dizzyness etc. I'm  a CNA and I was thinking maybe my blood pressure is elevatd but ive been checking it regularly and check it during these spells and its normal. I don't hwat else it could be, but its starting to scare me.

would it be anemia? i would see your doc when you can to rule out anything bad

i had my iron tested a few weeks ago and was tols it was great so idk. i do have a doc app thursday and i'll ask, i was just curious if anyone knew what could be the cause

I have these too, not only while pregnant though.
My doctor told me it was associated with diabetes....you may want to have your sugar levels checked.

i was wondering about that... i do eat and drink alot of sugar and it runs in my family :(
