severe back pain

I am 21 wks pregnant and having severe back pain. It started out my hips just hurting but now its my whole lower back. Should I be concerned?

U can talk to ur Dr they may be able to prescribe something stronger. I still hurt the heat only takes the edge off a little. I also take a lot of baths. Unfortunately it is another side effect if pregnancy. Sometimes it hurt so bad I don't want to walk. I just lay on a heating pad and push through. Prob not what u wanna hear. The only other thing is to talk to ur Dr.

I have tried everything and it's still not going away our feeling better at all.

I had the same thing. My Dr said it is all your joints loosening up so everything can spread out . She said u can take tylenol and put a heating pad on low on ur back. It has helped me deal with the pain
