severe headaches

I'm 18 weeks pregnant & for the last 2 days I've been having severe headaches. I'm trying everything I know to get rid of it, but nothing seems to be working. Does anyone know of anything I can do?

Have your doc check your blood pressure. Reoccurring headaches are a sign of preeclampsia. Also, have you had caffeine lately? Sometimes they give me headaches.

That's all I can drink is soda everything else makes me sick to my stomach. I do know that my BP is on the high side due to stress from the family, cuz this is my 4th child & I have no job.
