my wife is 8wks pregnant ,and craving for sex,is it right to make love to her now,?if not when is the right time to make love to her?

Unless her doctor has told her she can not, sex is fine while pregnant. If she has any bleeding after though, you'll want to abstain till she talks to her doctor.
