sexual intercourse during pregnancy

ell if you've seen my profile you will see that i am 9 weeks and 4 days pregnant and this is my first pregnancy so i am really new to everything that is going on. i was wondering if anyone out there knows if it is normal to have a tight vagina during sexual intercourse at this time? because i feel like i am virgin again... sorries for tmi. but if anyone could give me some input that would be great :) !

Ha ha that is funny that you brought this up... Just this morning my hubby said something to me this morning =) I have had 2 kids and we don't have sex as much as we used to (went from a few times a day to once in a blue moon) so I am sure that not only that but with your muscles strengthening up for the impending weight of the baby has a lot to do with it... Your va jj is just a series of muscles and it strengthens in the weird time of pregnancy. LOL! Welcome to the wonderful world of pregnancy!

i used to joke around with my fiance about this....it actually made me spot every time we had sex so i stopped having sex until i was 12 weeks along...now i dont spot at all...but its funny how much your body changes during and after pregnacy....congrats

I noticed this during my first trimester (my first baby too)  I would feel tighter and feel like my cervix was super sensitive very deep in there.  It almost hurt to have sex.  It went away after my first trimester and now I feel some what back to normal.  Except for I cannot even see my va jj now haha.

I posted almost the same question when I was just around where you are. I had a stinging sensation and it was kind of painful. Ended up having an infection.

We don't have sex as often as we use to just because I don't have any desire. no sex drive kinda ***** right now. I do notice it's alittle tighter down there now then before.
