should i be getting more symptoms?

I really don't know how far I am, I'm guessing 10 weeks. I'm going to the doctor this week though. I took four pregnancy tests and all were positive. But I really don't have a lot of symptoms, at one point I was getting like hot flashes but that already stopped. I haven't got no morning sickness at all, my breasts used to hurt but not as much no more. But I still haven't gotten my period in like three months or two. Should I be getting more symptoms or is this normal?

Every pregnancy is different some women are lucky and feel great the whole time while others suffer multiple symptoms! Enjoy feeling good while you do because other times during your pregnancy maybe become harder! Im almost 36 weeks and some days i feel so much better than others!
