It's important to try to keep something in your stomach. It could be very well that's why you feel sick. Even if it's just a few crackers it's better than nothing.

chamomile tea is really good for upset tummy
Depending on what is causing the nausea, you could try a few things. Hard candies might settle your stomach, ginger, lemon and water, small frequent snacks, more sleep, Emetrol, etc. I hope you feel better soon!!!
