I didn't take anything just tried warm showers & sleeping on my sides as much as possible
I've always had congestion & it was so bad at one time I was scared to sleep because I kept waking up in the middle of the night feeling like I was choking or felt myself not breath that id wake in shock. It's a bit worse since when you're pregnant you get shortness of breath
I'm 30w6d & I had a HORRIBLE sinus infection my entire 29th week.. so I literally just got over it..
the #1 thing that helped me was drinking A LOT of water & taking Children's Sudafed! I asked my OB about it first (because Sudafed was on my list, but I don't take pills.. and I was curious if the liquid children's version was any different.)
anyways, always ask your OB first, but it should be okay. good luck, and feel better soon!! ((:
