Any 24-hour drugstores in your area?  I would really hesitate to take a sleep aid without talking to a doc, nurse or pharmacist.  You might try your doctor's after-hours line and talk to the person on call.

I have unisom which is the sleep aid in tylenol pm you think that's OK. My husband works at night, my kids have had the throw ups and I just need a good night sleep, but I'm so amped up you know.

Only tylenol pm and only if you absolutely need to you can get generic aceteminophen with dyphenhidramine aceteminophen is the pain killer in tylenol dyphenhydramine is the sleep aid you should always discuss it with your doctor but they shouldn't have a problem with tylenol pm
