I use three pillows under my head and either lay on my left side with my leg thrown up over my husband or on my right side with my body pillow in between my legs hugging it and most of the time I still end up on my stomach at 27 weeks. And even after I've worked 9-13 hour shifts I still don't sleep through the night ever it *****!

Buy the pregnancy pillow!  It's the best it's made to go between your legs and hold your head.

I don't think there are any tricks and being only 15 weeks sorry but its only going to get worse.  I have the same problem I always slept on my tummy but had to stop the day I found out I was prego.  My Dr was able to prescribe me safe meds to help me sleep at night you should take to your Dr there is help out there

I looove my body pillow!! And I put it between me and my hubby so he can't crowd me in our sleep!!! He always wants to put an arm over my stomach and it's just uncomfortable for me which he doesn't get.

There are never enough pillows in pregnancy. My right hip is out of place so its aweful sleeping. I sleep on my left side with my arm up under the pillow with my right leg supporting my body. Try things out whatever makes you comfy. You really shouldn't be sleeping on your stomach at all during pregnancy though.

I sleep on the chaise lounge part of my sectional sofa propped up with 8 large pillows. Once I got past about 28 weeks, sleeping on my sides made my hips hurt too much, so I sleep sitting up. Kinda ***** that I'm not sleeping next to my husband, but I am sleeping.

Lots of cushions and soft things to lie on. My partner laughs as he now has to sleep on the edge of the bed as I've made myself a comfy nest Haha
