sleeping safely... please read

I know that people say its safe to sleep on your left side during pregnancy... more so when your further on as its a better oxygen flow for baby somehow. Havnt looked into how it is like. But anyway ive found that ive been sleeping on my right side and i try sleep on my left as i fall asleep on my left side. I just wake up on my right. Will baby be okay still?

If you lay in a position that compromises the flow to the baby it will wake you up automatically as it also cuts off flow to you as well.

The baby will be fine.. They recommend you to lay on your side compared to laying on your back or belly...
