Go to the ER right away. I fell when I was 35 weeks with my little girl went in all was fine doc said it is hard to get to the baby with all the walls and threw the sack but you want to be sure.

Yes, go to your doctor!  Better to be safe than sorry.  Having fallen many times myself (including once during pregnancy....I'm a total clutz!) I can tell you there is a huge range of problems that can occur due to a fall.  The backache and pressure are PROBABLY from muscle spasms and cramps caused by the fall itself and possibly knocking a joint or two out of place.  Best to see the doc though to be sure, good luck!

Please go to the hospital for monitoring. I fell down a set of stairs during one pregnancy and another I fell over a baby gate at 36 weeks and they wanted me at emergency right away.  At least call the on-call doctor.  Better to be safe than sorry.  Good luck to you!
