sneezing and peeing :(

I feel like I'm an 80 yr old women, who's pushed out 10 kids! Everytime I sneeze, I pee :(. Its either wear a pantiliner all day, or walk around with wet panties. I'm only 11weeks and 2 days, and know this is only going to get worse and not better...oh the joys of pregnancy lol

It happens to me from time to time and drives me insane!!! They say to do kagles or how ever u spell it but that only makes me need to pee

I feel u I was working one day sneezed and peed my pants! I was so embarrassed good thing I worked for a clothing store. I had to by a pair of pants. After that I always brought extra clothes didny get better I was preggo with twins.

It actually got better for me!! im 32 weeks now and only pee when i sneeze if i really have to pee bad or sometimes if it was an unexpected sneeze. It helps if you tighten up down there before you sneeze, or if you kind of bend over and hold your belly. thats what worked for me anyway. just have to brace yourself :)

im 15 weeks and happens to me occasionally as well.

Me either...I try to hold the sneezes in, but it just seems to make it worse

That happens to me to feel so old i try to run toilet b4 i sneeze n dnt make it most of the time:-(
