sneezing

Okay so earlier I sneezed really hard and felt a pulling ripping feeling in my lower tummy I now have a pain on the tummy that hasn't gone away hurts to walk lay down and to turn over any ideas what I could of done?

Haha I remember leaning over my dresser and this happening it hurt so bad I cryed and told my boy friend I though the inside of my belly ripped :') now I understand why he just laughed at me lol

Lol don't worry. I panicked too. I went to the doctor and was like "I feel like something is ripping in my belly!" and she gave me this whole pamphlet on round ligament pain and i was like "ohhhh. i feel like an idiot now" hahaha

Oh glad it's nothing to worry about im a ftm and panic over the smallest thing lol thanks for putting my mind at ease

Its the ligaments in your belly and uterus stretching to make room for baby. One time i sneezed so hard on the couch I literally ended up on the floor in tears lol. It was the worst. It started for me around 10 weeks. Take tylenol(: and drink lots of water haha

Just your uterus stretching in the right (or wrong) direction that causes pain.

I was going to say the same thing as KTowne it is round ligament pain or from your stomach already being stretched when u do it. It is very annoying and sometimes painful but it will go away when the baby comes.

Yup! I get It too. What I usually do Is when I know I'm gonna sneeze, I bend down a lil' bit and It helps a lot.

It's never happened to me before but I sneezed so hard im suprised I never peed my self lol

That has had happened to me when Im laying down but then the pain goes away lol hopefully U feel much better.

This happens to me all the time, when i sneeze, cough or even moveto suddenly. Sorry i can't answer your question but i am intrigued to see what others say! Bump.
