so angry!!
I had my appointment with my OB today (I'm 39+1) I found out that nothing has changed. I've thinned but I haven't dilated at all and my uterus is really far up... I'm so angry, I've been having contractions for 3 days to the point that I can't sleep and still NOTHING!! I have an appointment on my due date to set up an induction date. . not happy
Oh thank goodness, I'm so scared I'm going to be late and it's driving me bonkers!! Thank you ladies for reassuring me... I like knowing what's going on in there, but it can be super depressing sometimes :( But my hubby bought me a rolo mcflurry and made me some yummy food and has been talking to me and making me feel so much better!

Ya honestly labor happens when you least expect it lol. I went into labor at a pedicure appointment! I left and went to the hospital right after. Dilation has nothing to do with when labor will start honestly! :)
Thats why I will not get checked this time around, its always just screwed with my emotions and made no differece at all. My first I was 3 cm a few weeks before I was due, she was 7 days late. My second I was at a crazy 5 cm right before he was due, he was 9 days late. My 3rd was the only one I hadnt dialated with and the only one that came early. I was not even a centimeter 2 days before I went into labor, she was a day early. You could still go into labor anytime.
Was it spicy?? Cause I can make some sort of spicy food... I just have a very low tolerance for it
Oh boooo! I told a friend of mine to try it and it worked for her too and that's what sent my mom into labor with my older sis and older brother at 39 weeks
Lol Ash, I'm allergic to shrimp so that\s a no go for this girl, and I try to walk, but I can't walk very far because baby girl is laying on my hips and pinching a nerve and it makes my legs fall asleep, but I walk as much as I possibly can, and I do a lot of house work.
Yeah, I'm not planning on doing the Castor Oil, but everyone keeps telling me to try it... :/

I walked around for 3 weeks at 4 cm dilated and was 5 days late. My one friend was not dilated at all and went into labor earlier than me. Dilation doesn't really have much to do with when labor will start! It's the contractions you want but they start when they want to. Don't drink castor oil,. It's dangerous! My husbands bosses wife did that and her baby had a bowel movement in utero and had to have an emergency c section..
Walk like a mile or 2 that worked for a friend of mine n she was like 2 wks over due n she did that n that same nite she walked that mile she popped lol no lie
Try shrimp. That's how I went with #1.I got checked on Tuesday ate shrimp scampi on Wednesday and contractions started 15 minutes later that was all I had eaten all day. Had my daughter Thursday
Ahhh im not very good at getting labour going.i was nearly 3 weeks over with my son. So im guessing ill prob go over with this one. And i done castor oil 3 times with my son :/
Yeah exactly! haha, for the past 2 weeks I've been eating pineapple, walking everywhere, sex, spicy food, exercise ball (just started that yesterday) Raspberry tea, like ughhhhhh. I don't even know what to do anymore. I'm going to try castor oil I think but that'll be closer to my due date... probably saturday that'll put me at 39+5
I bet i find.it frustrating.waiting.for something to happen at all let alone it happening and not doing any thing. Bloody bodies. Who said being a.woman was easy ....
I've given up trying, If she comes she comes, if not I'll take the induction... but I really would rather go naturally.
I understand were your coming from I was the same and being told my baby was estimated at 11lbs I was like get him out before he gets bigger!!!! They finally scheduled a c section when I was 40+1. Good luck I know its frustrating.
We've been having sex like rabbits, and I've been trying every way to induce labour at home but NOTHING is working. Its so frustrating :'(
